Our fees for our services are as follows,
FEES FOR PROPERTY DEALS IN MOSCOW
Sub-Letting
Commission of one months rent will
cover supplying and concluding contracts to rent and to sub-let.
Monitoring tenants
on a monthly basis, accepting and forwarding cash if required.
Maintaining Contact with head Landlord on behalf of lessee. Up
front payment of $600 required which is deductible from commission
payment.
Purchase of New Build apartment (Private Investors)
Commission
of 5% of purchase price payable on completion. Advance expenses
$1000 , deductible from commission payment on completion. If required
to act for investor for sale of apartment, same terms apply.
Project investments in New Build Apartments. (Corporate Investors)
Minimum project cost 5 Million Euro. No fees unless ongoing services
required by investor, then by negotiation.
Purchase of apartment for renovation (Private Investors)
5% of
purchase price payable on completion, to include selection of suitable
property and acting up to contract stage. Advance payment of $1000
required which is deductible from commission payment on completion.
Management of renovation if required, 10% of renovation cost. Plus
any agreed unforeseen expenses. If required to act for sale of
apartment, 2.5% of sale price.
If for rent, one month of proposed rental.
Renovated apartments or cottages (Private Investors)
5% of purchase
price payable on completion, to include selection of suitable property
and acting up to contract stage. Advance payment of $1000 required
which is deductible from commission payment on completion. To let,
one month's rent.
